Why LORAIA
It was the year 1950 when two brothers married two sisters and decided to build their future by constructing a small mansion in the heart of Porto Ercole, just a stone's throw from the harbor.
Inside this house was both their life and their business, which was that of a bazaar selling gift items but mainly gold, so much so that in the village the store came to be called L'Oraia as "she who sells the 'gold.'"
The name LORAIA is therefore a tribute to tradition and especially to Nonna Anna, who decided to give us her house and allowed us to transform it into a guesthouse where contemporary design dialogues harmoniously with sixties details.
